Exercise equipment isn’t just limited to the treadmill at the local health club. Exercise equipment encompasses anything that helps you improve your health and exercise better. Exercise equipment has been around for years and has evolved into high-tech machines. Some of the most technically advanced exercise and fitness equipment have built-in sensors and processors that take your age and weight, and calculate everything from the calories you’re burning throughout your workout to your target heart rate.
Exercise equipment is used in the home, at the gym, and even in hospitals.
