3. If you are having
technical difficulties that are beyond what the Technical FAQ can offer, you may send a work ticket to the
HelpDesk here.
4. There are people here who are happy to help you. I am a Body Makeover Specialist, better known as BMOS Dolores, and I serve as your forum administrator and am eager to help you figure this all out. There are others who are super qualified to assist you as well: Associate BMOS Annie, Associate BMOS Rikki, Associate BMOS Tenderpaw are all wonderful people eager to assist you. In addition, we also have Associate Recipe Consultant Gail who is our food preparation guru and will help you navigate your way around the Recipe Exchange. Finally, we have a motivational virtual ‘university’ that is called New Body University that is headed up by the University Provost, Rachel, better known by her screen name as ‘brwright’.
5. Take a look at the different forums that are offered, and then select the one that best fits the question or type of support or motivation you are seeking. For example, if you’ve got a question about a particular food that may be on the program, then you may wish to visit the Food and Eating forum.
6. If you’ve found a support group within the Forum, it would be a good idea to
bookmark that page into your Favorites so you can easily find your way back.
7. If you are interested in following a variety of active threads in any particular forum, you may wish to
subscribe to that thread or forum. To do so, you would select 'Subscriptions' in your ToolBx, and follow the prompts that appear.
8. If you have posted something, but forgot where you placed your question, you can always go to the toolbox, click on
"My Profile". Next to your login name, you’ll see the clickable link that says "View my profile". After you click it, on the right-hand side you’ll see the last 10 posts you have made. If you need more than that, below you will see a clickable link to your past 50, even last 100 posts.
9. If you didn’t find an answer in the 6WBMO FAQ, the Technical FAQ, you may wish to try the
Advanced Search. Try typing a word in the search, then in the 'author' section, type in BMOS Dolores%, or whomever you think has the best answer for you. That way, the search will be narrowed to whom may be best suited to have answered a question regarding the topic you posted. The Advanced Search feature is available to the right of your ToolBox.
10. When in doubt, go to the Newbies forum, post any question you may have and someone will be along to help you A.S.A.P.!
