Q. What is Blueprinting?
A. Blueprinting is the key to getting what you want.
If you were going to remodel your house, you'd need two things: a detailed sketch
of what your house looks like now, including what kind of condition it's in, and
a specific plan for remaking it to look just like you want it to. You'd need a "Blueprint."
It's the same when you're making over your body. You need to know what Body Type
you are, how fast or slow your metabolism is running, how your body reacts to food
and which specific muscles you need to change shape to give yourself a beautiful
body. Then you make a plan for changing them. If you have a Blueprint, you're guaranteed
to get what you want, and changing the shape of your body becomes simple.
By answering a simple questionnaire you'll determine how your metabolism works and
how your body responds to food so you can eat more of the foods that cause you to
lose weight and reduce the foods that cause you to gain.
Then you'll use the anatomically engineered Body Blueprint Cards to identify your
specific problem areas. Don't waste time with exercises that aren't right for your
body, 15-18 minutes, twice a week is all it takes to reshape every single one of
your problem areas.
