Sharing your Success Story with Michael and the team is easy. If you have an inspiring story about how the 6 Week Body Makeover has changed your life, please let us know via our simple online submission tool or via mail. Michael and the staff LOVE to hear about your success, whether you’re new to the Makeover or you’ve been doing it for years. ALL 6 Week Body Makeover Success Stories are evaluated.

Tell us your story. Let us know why you chose the 6 Week Body Makeover program, how much weight you’ve lost, how many inches you’ve shed, how many dress or pants sizes you’ve lost. Tell us about the compliments you’ve received from family, friends and co-workers. Most importantly, let us know how you feel about the remarkable change in the way your body looks and feels. How do I get a car?
The car giveaway on the Makeover America infomercial is not a contest, no one "won" a car. Michael Thurmond and the staff at Provida Life Sciences regularly review all of the 6 Week Body Makeover success stories sent to them. This year, after reviewing all those inspiring stories, Michael wanted to give a great big “Thank You” gift to some of those who not only had amazing results but were also especially inspirational in some outstanding way. He did that by surprising them with the keys to a brand new car. And he plans on continuing to surprise other inspiring makeovers.
